Sleep help and approach

What's the Snooze approach to sleep?

The methods in Snooze start with your baby's temperament and what's realistic for your family, then build a steady daytime schedule and a consistent routine from there. Day work is the bulk of sleep work, so we get your days right first and let that carry into bedtime and overnight. We create sustainable and staggered changes rather than overnight overhauls, and we troubleshoot the plan with you when real life gets in the way. We don't take sides in the sleep training debate; we focus on practical support built around your baby. See more on how we approach sleep or find the guide for your baby's age.

Does this work for twins or multiples?

Yes, with adjustments. Twins and multiples add real logistics: shared rooms, staggered feeds, two different temperaments. Sally and the Snooze Specialists build for that inside the Snooze membership and in 1:1 consults. Start with Courses & Guides for the stage-specific basics, or book a consultation for a plan built around your setup.

Can I use these strategies while cosleeping?

Sleep safety comes first. Snooze's guidance follows Red Nose Australia's safe sleep recommendations, and any coaching around cosleeping works within those guidelines rather than around them. Start with your stage guide for the safety context at your baby's age, and raise your specific setup with a Snooze Specialist before changing anything.

How do you handle sleep regressions?

We treat regressions as a developmental stage, not a problem to panic about. Most regressions (4 month, 8 to 10 month) are tied to a leap in your baby's development, and they pass faster with a steady routine than with a new strategy every night. See the full breakdown on Sleep Regressions.

Programs and pathways

What's the difference between the Snooze membership and Courses & Guides?

The Snooze membership gives you every course, every stage guide, the Snooze Village community and the support of Sally's team of Snooze Specialists, all in one ongoing subscription. Courses & Guides are standalone purchases: buy the one that matches your current problem, work through it at your own pace and stop there if that's all you need. Not sure which fits? Use the chooser above.

Does Camp Snooze replace the Snooze membership?

No, they do different jobs. Camp Snooze is a short, focused, guided group reset for when you want fast results with a group doing it alongside you. The Snooze membership is the ongoing home base: use Camp Snooze for the sprint and the Snooze membership for everything before and after it.

Do course materials expire?

No. Once you buy a course or guide, you get full access to work through it at your own pace, with no countdown clock. If the course content gets updated, you get the update at no extra cost.

What happens after I finish a guide?

Most families either move to the next stage guide as their baby grows, or join the Snooze membership if a new challenge comes up. Your guide includes a next-step recommendation, and the chooser points to what usually comes next at your baby's age.

About Sally and her qualifications

What are Sally's qualifications?

Sally is an internationally certified sleep consultant and a former registered paediatric nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing from Australian Catholic University. She is currently on a non-practising registration. She works exclusively in sleep coaching and consulting today, alongside a team of Snooze Specialists.

What makes Sally qualified to guide our baby's sleep?

Sally's approach comes from years of consult-floor experience with real Australian families, not theory alone. She and the Snooze Specialists have worked through thousands of sleep situations across every age and challenge covered in this FAQ, and that pattern recognition shapes every plan. Membership details

What's included in the Snooze Village?

The Snooze Village is the Snooze membership's community: a forum where the Snooze Specialists answer your questions as they come up, a place to connect with other parents at the same stage and recordings of our Sleep Detectives sessions (with questions submitted in advance) that you can watch back any time, alongside the full course and guide library.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes. There's no lock-in contract. Cancel from your account at any time and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Is the content suitable for parents outside Australia?

The core sleep principles apply everywhere. The safe sleep guidance follows Australian standards (Red Nose Australia), which line up closely with most international recommendations. Anything we run gets recorded, like our Sleep Detectives sessions, so you can catch up on the replays in your own time zone, knowing we have members around the world.

Billing and admin

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, on selected products. Payment plan options show at checkout where available; check the pricing on Courses & Guides or the membership page for what's offered on each.

What's the refund policy?

The Snooze membership comes with a 7 day money-back guarantee: if it's not right for you, contact us within 7 days of joining and we'll refund you in full. Courses and guides carry the same 7 day money-back guarantee. Camp Snooze works differently because your spot is held in a live cohort: you can cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours before camp starts (the Friday before). After that no refunds are possible.

How do I get a tax invoice or receipt?

Every purchase generates an automatic receipt by email. For a formatted tax invoice, contact us with your order details and we'll send one through.
