I honestly don’t even know where to start — working with Sally has completely changed our lives. For months our little boy was waking at 4–5am, totally reliant on his mittens to settle, and we just couldn’t figure out how to move him from his Next-to-Me crib into his big boy cot. We were exhausted and honestly at our wits’ end. We were trying everything - adjusting the nap times, wake windows etc etc but nothing was working! Then along came Sally, and from day one she felt like a friend who genuinely cared. She treated our baby as if he were her own — so gentle, patient, and full of love. She created a routine that actually worked for us and spent two full weeks by our side, checking in multiple times a day, celebrating the wins, and lifting us up when we found it hard. What makes it even more amazing is that we’re in the UK and she’s all the way in Australia — yet you’d never have known it. I’d message her at 8pm our time (which must’ve been the middle of the night for her!) and she’d reply instantly, helping us troubleshoot and talk through things live. That kind of dedication is just incredible. Because of her support, our little one now sleeps beautifully — a solid 11+ hours every night! He’s happily in his cot, can self-soothe, and wakes up such a happy, smiley boy. My husband and I both work full-time, so getting those extra hours in the morning has been life-changing. We can go to the gym, have a quiet coffee, or just start the day calmly instead of shattered. I can honestly say we don’t dread bedtime anymore — it’s peaceful, predictable, and our baby is thriving. Sally didn’t just help us with sleep; she gave us our confidence (and sanity!) back. We’re forever grateful for her warmth, positivity, and total dedication. We know if our baby’s sleep goes of track as he gets older, we can always come back to Sally and know she will support us. 💛

The moment our daughter hit 5 months she decided that sleeping was not part of her MO anymore and I lost my mind. Surely she was broken? Could we return her? Even the dog wanted to move in with another family. I finally broke and cried to everyone I knew, begging for help. Everyone had their own method, a product to buy, a podcast to listen to - NOTHING WORKED. I spent hundreds. I wasted days falling further into a sleep deprived hole. Finally Sally’s number was sent to me, with a message - “she’s expecting your call”. Initially I was so worried that “sleep training” was akin to sending my child to a 1970 Romanian orphanage - I was so so wrong. Sally could not be more knowledgable, empathetic, adaptable and frankly an angel sent from heaven to save sleep deprived families everywhere. Her advice is science based and (this was key for us) tailored to YOUR baby and YOUR family’s situation. If you don’t want to give up those afternoon naps together you don’t have to. She never made me feel like I was doing the wrong thing, always encouraged us and held our hand through everything. Our little monster is thriving with her routine and consistently gets 3 solids naps a day and is asleep every night by 8pm. If you’re reading this now, struggling like we did call her now. I will now push Sally on every tired looking new parent I meet.
When I contacted Sally my partner and I were on our third week of every one to two hour wake-ups throughout the night with our 6 month old. There were nights where it was two to three times within the hour or he would be wide awake for hours wanting to party. I thought I was doing all the things “right” through the day, keeping to the wake windows, making sure he didn’t get overtired, didn’t oversleep or under sleep etc. etc. etc. but the nights were still a total mess. I felt really overwhelmed when I would read I need to get rid of the dummy or just leave him so he would learn how to self settle. Sally provided my partner and I a really gentle way to sleep train, a few little tweaks to our day-time routine and a lot of guidance for our nights, my little boy is now sleeping. The first night he woke twice and went back to sleep very quickly (which was such an amazing improvement), the second night he woke up once at 5:30am and then last night he slept the entire night until I had to wake him up this morning. I have no words.. absolutely no words just so grateful.. Sally has checked in and answered all my questions so quickly, provided us a very realistic routine and also guidance for when the sleeps aren’t going to plan. Thank you, thank you, thank you
I should have done this sooner! We suffered nearly 8 months of not sleeping. I made so many excuses. “He’s going through a growth spurt, it’s because he’s breast fed, it will be better tomorrow”. What I was doing wasn’t working. I was co sleeping and up every 1 -2 hours. Naps were a mess. I’d waste hours day trying to get him to sleep - in the pram, holding , rocking, bouncing, everything! He just cried and fought sleep. What worked one day changed the next. He had a strong sleep association with nursing and that was only thing I could do. But this was not sustainable. I needed sleep and my 9 year old needed his mum too. I was unproductive, exhausted, frustrated and not enjoying motherhood as much as I should have. Sally changed our world and the changes were immediate. Sally supported, encouraged and explained processes throughout the two week program. This program wasn’t just for bubs, it was for me too. Sally made sense of what was happening and I could not of done this without her. He sleeps, it’s so awesome!! All within a couple minutes of laying him down. Something I thought would never happen. He is happier, we, as a family are happier and look forward to nap/sleep time. I get quality time with the rest of the family and we all get sleep!

Before we started Sally's program we were up every hour to 1.5hr overnight with a heavy feed to sleep baby. Right about bub was in the middle of her 4 month regression, we thought we could ride it out but we soon realised as Sally puts it, there's no end to it unless we do something about it. To our surprise bub responded extremely well to one of the self settling techniques and soon after 2-3 nights, bubby was sleeping through the night for 9 hours straight! She was a serial cat napper and her nap length has also started improving! We're beyond thankful for Sally's program, and her online community also allowed us direct access to Sally if we have any questions. Sally is so patient and very tentative. She actively checks in on our progress and offers recommendations. We can not recommend Sally and her program enough!
I reached out to Sally to get some assistance initially with early morning wakes. During the process of sleep training she has been so supportive, reassuring and gentle with her approach. We noticed a huge improvement within less than a week, going from 5/5.30am starts to now 6.45/7am wake ups (sometimes having to wake bub up ourselves). We have also seen a huge improvement in her self settling abilities which has assisted with naps and also putting herself/linking sleep cycles which we weren’t initially requiring any help with but through the process it has been an added positive! I loved the sleep/feed schedule structure that Sally aims for in her approach and overall it has not only helped with our bubs sleep but also taking good solid feeds. We worked with Sally from Sleep Concierge when my daughter was 9 months old and waking four or more times a night, with three (sometimes more) overnight feeds. I honestly didn’t think a full night’s sleep was possible for us. By following Sally’s sleep and feeding schedule, my daughter now sleeps from 7pm through to around 6:45–7am with no overnight feeds at all. Making the change did take a couple of nights of really committing to the sleep technique, but once we did, everything clicked. The difference has been incredible. We have a super happy 21m baby, who was really struggling to transition from 2-1 naps. Clayton was fighting his naps at all costs and then in turn started to not sleep through the night and rise early between 3-5am. I cannot recommend Sally highly enough. If you’re considering sleep advice definitely go ahead and get her help. We were doing a lot of things ‘right’ and our baby was still having very short naps. We wondered if it was something we should push through or whether we needed more advice and Sally was a lifesaver. I know you would get messages like this all the time but I cannot thank you enough for what you do and what you share ! We changed from three naps to two and started self settling after switching to your suggested schedule for a couple of days. Cried for an hour the first night, 40 mins the next and on the third fell asleep within 3 mins !! And now sleeping through !!! Words truly can't describe how grateful we are for Sally! Sally was so thorough and calming on our call, she had a game plan in place for us and an extra game plan of things didn't work. Let me tell you it worked! Our girl at 8.5 months was waking anywhere from 3-4 times a night and within 2-3 days of Sallys schedule and plan we went down to ONE night waking and then two weeks later we officially got our first sleep through the night! We had a really positive experience with Sally from The Sleep Concierge. We sought help with our 15mo who had never slept through the night and was waking up to 4 times per night. Sally helped us with our 6 month old little girl when we desperately needed a better sleep routine. Over the 2 weeks our little one turned into the best little sleeper and now he is 10 months old she has continued to be a great sleeper. Even if your bub is a good sleeper like our bub was, Sally can come up with personalised sleep schedules and tweak things along the way to make it work better for you and your family!! Her methods don't include "crying it out" which was something I was not willing to do. Definitely recommend.

Our 7 month old was waking and breastfeeding every 30-60mins, my husband was in another room to get some rest and we were both extremely sleep deprived and in a dark place. My wife and I are both registered nurses. My wife is a NICU nurse and I am in the ER. We used the “taking Cara baby” sleep training around 4 months and worked well… at first. Then we went on a trip and our son became sick afterwards with congestion. This caused for us to start bringing him to our bed where he would typically sleep great… until he didn’t. He began waking up screaming at us. My wife would try to breast feed and that would work sometimes. But, after getting to a point of getting only a couple of hours of sleep… we decided we have to do something. We did not care for the first sleep training we used because it was very hands on in the sense of, we were still staying up for hours to soothe him. Repeatedly getting out of bed every 5 min etc then being wide awake at 3 am. We dreaded night time. So I went to google, found the best rated sleep training which was sleep concierge. I bought it without a thought since I couldn’t think on an hour of sleep anyway. I told my wife “I can’t wait to let this new sleep training program know it didn’t work for our son!” But we stuck to it, we scheduled the full time span of training with no other plans. We documented every night until he was sleeping through the night. Nights 1-3 were fairly difficult but got better each night. By day 5 I stopped documenting because he SLEPT THROUGH THE NIGHT!! 11.5 hours! Never in his 8 months of life did he do that. (We had 3-4 months of sleepless nights). I come across Sally on TikTok and wanted to say thank you so much for your 3-4month sleep guide! I found it really hard to find consistent information on 3-4month sleep guides and a lot of pages recommended sleep help from 5-6months of age onwards. We have a four month old (since Thursday) and I purchased Sally’s guide a bit over a week ago now. My baby girl was starting to sleep through the night or some nights a one night week. I stumbled across Sally on Tik Tok in the early hours of the morning one day when I had spent hours trying to research how to get my baby to sleep. I found her videos so calming and thought to myself “I could do this”. I could not recommend Sally and her 5-12 month sleep guide more. We were on 3-5 wakes a night with our 5 month old, and me needing to hold her for every nap during the day, with it getting harder and harder to get her to sleep (even in my arms). In less than a week our babe was putting herself to sleep with no dummy, sleeping roughly 6pm - 7am with one feed at night (no other wakes), and in less than two weeks she was also putting herself to sleep for naps, with naps lasting roughly 90 minutes. She now sleeps between 14-15 hrs a day and puts herself to sleep every time. The guide was easy to follow and comprehensive. If I was going to sleep train my baby, I wanted to know I was doing it the right way and having access to one document, as well as sally being available for questions/ reassurance through her online sleep community gave me the confidence I needed to sleep train. Even after one night I saw an improvement and knew it was the right decision for my babe. I liked how the guide was split into a prep and plan section, and how we focused on getting nights sorted before moving into naps. We reached out to Sally when our baby girl Charlie (9 months old at the time) was waking up for a 1-2 hour party in the middle of each night, then starting the day at 5am. Sally went through our sleep logs, calculated Charlie's sleep needs and worked out where we were going wrong. She gave us a tailored routine to follow and a gentle resettling technique to use and within days Charlie was sleeping through the night and waking at the much more palatable time of 6-6:30. I found Sally on TikTok and really loved her more gentle, reasonable, and realistic approach to sleep training. But once we started her course, we started to lose hope. It really seemed like it wouldn't work for our baby. But we stuck with it. The first day was really hard. Day two and three seemed like no progress was being made. But by day four, baby put himself to sleep independent after half an hour. By day seven, it only took him 8 seconds to fall asleep independently! Because of her reasonable approach of timed interval checks and calling it quits after 60 to 90 minutes if necessary, the program was so much more sustainable than simply letting him "cry it out" (which we were not willing to do). Stick with it and be patient and baby might just surprise you! I also really love that she provides sample schedules. My tired brain needed a break and having someone else create the schedule was so helpful and gave me a clear starting point.
Sally has transformed my daughter sleep in under a week. I was struggling to say the least. Babt wearing all day. 20 min naps. O/n wakes. Early rises. Hi Sally, I purchased your 5-12 month sleep guide recently and I just wanted to say how it’s been an absolute game changer! My 5+ month old was a perfect sleeper up until the dreaded 4 month regression which I don’t think we ever came out of. He had been waking up habitually around 2-4 am and it was driving us insane having to pop the paci in with it falling out every 10-20 minutes. I purchased the 5-12 month sleep guide after having our 10 month old twins waking 3-4 times overnight for an extended period of time and it's safe to say we were all exhausted! The guide has not only worked but it's been a life saver and has made a difference to not only to our wellbeing already but our girls are so much happier after a long, good night's rest. Yes, implementing the guide on the first night was challenging but we saw changes immediately, with only one wake up from the first night. I cannot recommend the 5-12 month sleep guide enough! Unfortunately my 7 month old baby was put on medication that disrupted her sleep making her wake every two hours. After going off the medication I tried for a month to rectify the sleeping pattern however the damage had be done. From night 1 she only woke once for a feed and has continued to do so over the last 3 nights (I can’t believe it!) I even have to wake her up at 7am to start the day. I have also found that she links her sleep cycles easier during the day now and we haven’t even gotten to naps yet! I truely appreciate Sally’s approach to sleep and creating a guide everyone can afford!
Sally’s sleep guide is gold! If anyone told me last week my 10 month old would be falling asleep in minutes with 0 overnight wakes I would’ve thought they are joking. My son was co sleeping (only being rocked to sleep) and waking 1-3 times PER HOUR for months! I purchased the sleep guide because my 10 month old twins were needing to be rocked to sleep, waking multiple times during the night for me to replace the dummy, and were still feeding overnight out of habit. I implemented the plan to a tee, and by night four, they were sleeping 12 hours through the night. I also emailed Sally a couple of times prior to starting just to clarify a couple of things, and she replied very quickly and answered all my questions. He already had the skills but had a set back when he hit 8mths and was waking every 1-2 hrs needing help to get back to sleep. The best and more realistic sleep advice giving! I felt so anxious following other sleep programs wondering my baby wasn’t sleeping to their nap schedules and bedtimes, until I found Sally’s program! After a couple of days of working more with my babies day time naps, full night sleeps fell into place naturally and with less fussiness. A month ago (pre Sally) I was bursting into tears throughout the day, up every 2-3 hours in the night, feeding baby (8mo) to sleep which was becoming less effective and taking 45mins-1hr, had loads of anxiety going into the night because I knew it was going to be rough, was having to keep track of wake windows/nap times/night wakings, naps were completely unpredictable, I was the only one who could put baby to sleep… the list goes on! Possibly worst of all, my husband and I missed each other. Every night I would shovel dinner in as fast as possible and go straight to bed because I knew I was going to be up all night and I had to scrape in as many minutes of sleep as possible. Our lives revolved around trying to get more sleep and I didn’t give any attention to anything else. My husband wanted to help but didn’t know how and obviously couldn’t feed baby to sleep. But for months I kept pressing on, hoping sleep would improve as baby got older but it only got worse and I only got more mentally/physically/emotionally drained. There’s not much we weren’t doing or hadn’t tried. When we came to Sally we were worried about two things: one - our normally happy baby had, over the space of about 4 weeks, become grumpy and irritable which was due to significant changes in his previously manageable sleep rhythms and two - that working with a sleep consultant might force us to make changes to our parenting style that would make us uncomfortable. I found Sally online after thinking about sleep training for weeks. I came across her TikTok after a long haul trip which had resulted in worsening of already terrible sleep with my baby. He was waking 10+ times over night and even a breastfeed didn’t work for resettling at times. I was so exhausted that I got physically ill. I had found that my feed was becoming saturated with sleep training content and it was overwhelming to know where to start. I downloaded Sally’s 5-12 month guide and immediately got to work on smoothing out our schedule. We had another couple of short domestic trips planned and I decided not to start night sleep training until after these trips but this gave me 3 weeks to properly dedicate to the schedule and by the time I started sleep training (11 nights ago) we were feeding 4th hourly in the day and through the night and very comfortably in a routine for naps and bedtime. All sleep was still assisted or on the go in the pram but we were getting the timings right. I was blown away by my 8 month olds response to more formal Sleep training. Working with Sally was such a pleasure from the very first moment I sent her a DM on Instagram to her checking in to see how our progress was going after our 1:1 consult. I was doing everything “right” after my baby hit the 4 month sleep regression (that extended to 6 months lol). I was following wake windows, I had the dark room and the white noise, she could initiate sleep on her own, I made sure she got her calories in for the day. But every day was just so inconsistent in terms of naps and what night time was going to look like. Short naps, multiple night wakings. I could not work out what I was doing wrong which became so frustrating. I decided to do the 1:1 support with Sally and she put us on a nap schedule and gave us tips for nighttime. If I’m being honest, I doubted anything could work because I felt like I was already following everything you see about baby sleep. WELL, I was very wrong. We followed Sally’s guide and there was a difference in sleep by the first night. By night 3, she was sleeping through the night and that wasn’t even the goal for us - we just wanted more consistency! I am shocked that the only change was schedule - we haven’t had to do CIO or resettle. It’s been the best $250 we’ve ever spent and I highly recommend getting support from Sally!
Sally is a highly skilled, kind, caring, and experienced sleep consultant - highly recommend if you need sleep help for your little one. I am a health professional myself - so have very high standards when it comes to finding professionals in this space. The thing I really liked about Sally was that she tailored our program specifically to us and our needs/values as a family. I have tried other sleep consultants in the past but I found that they typically used a “one size fits all approach” - and they often pushed an extreme approach that I didn’t feel comfortable with. Sally empowered us with a toolbox of strategies and ideas, then let us decide as a family which ones worked best for us. I also really liked her focus on infant mental health - as I had particular anxieties around leaving my baby to scream uncontrollably and thought that was the only option to get better sleep. My little one can now put herself to sleep with no assistance in 5 minutes, which has been life changing for us - we couldn’t have done it without Sally’s help!
Sally from The Sleep Concierge is just amazing! We can’t thank or recommend her enough! Our 12m old went from 2-3 wakings per night and being fed back to sleep for both night wakings and naps to sleeping through the night and no feeding to sleep in just 5 days after our consult with Sally. This meant we went from about 6 bottles a day to 1-2 and in turn saw huge progress with solids which had always been quite slow and tricky for us. Her personalised and supportive approach really suited us. We had bought other sleep programs in the past but ended up giving up as they weren’t personalised and there was no follow up support so we were left feeling quite lost. Sally’s plan was based on our little one’s temperament as well as our parenting style and what we felt comfortable with and she continued to check in with us and offered guidance and support along the way. I came across Sally via her Tik Tok account and immediately connected with her approach to getting better sleep for you and your baby. Her approach to me was not harsh and responsive but with getting results which is my style. My 14mo had been sleep trained once before but with daycare/sickness some old habits and most importantly the wrong sleep schedule for her age, we went backwards. I’ve done sleep school and always have a really good scheduled, literally done it all!! I could not get our little one past 5:15am from 6-10 months and it was wearing on the family, at times even earlier! Once I booked in with Sally and she looked through all my details and really took the routine into consideration, and could see my commitment to the routine/sleep school she was able to provide the resolution. As simple as it was it just wasn’t adding up to me, with doing all the right things and sticking to it. Sally was able to provide the resolution with a slight alter of the routine And re-collaboration to what we were doing and within 3 days of the tweaks we had 7:00am and lately 7:30 or 8:00am. Words cannot express what an incredible, positive impact working with Sally has had on our family. Sally helped us with our seven month old baby last year who was waking multiple times overnight. Within three nights after our consultation with Sally, our bubs was self settling & sleeping through. This lasted for a full year. It was life changing! I cannot recommend Sally anymore!!! I was extremely reluctant to reach out for sleep help for my 8 month old baby as I believed the only way to help your baby sleep longer at night was cry it out! I came across Sally on tik tok and just loved her approach to sleep! I also loved that she was a nurse. Sally very kindly worked with us to find a time that suited with our time difference in Ireland. We had an incredible 90 min consultation where she discussed everything from routine to settling techniques. I felt so reassured leaving the chat that it would be gentle with Freddie’s best interest at heart. After 4 nights our baby slept 12 hours with 1 wake for feeding all night. I can’t explain how much of a shock this was for us as we had nights of 8 wakings. What stands out the most is that we never had to let our baby be distressed or cry! Prior to working with Sally at The Sleep Concierge, our daughter was waking every hour overnight after hitting the 4 month regression. We had been using the pick up put down method, in a dark room, white noise, a regular bed time and routine, but we were absolutely exhausted and mentally spent. After a 1 hour consult with Sally I felt armed with what I needed to start sleep training even before her summary came through, and that night our daughter slept 11 hours straight. We chose to continue the support from Sally for a week so far and her support has been continuous each day! She goes above and beyond to help. We hired Sally for the 1 on 1 consult and are so greatful we did. Our 9m old had only ever slept through the night 3 times in his life and would constantly wake throughout the night (anywhere between 2-6x a night), needing a bottle, breast feed or rocking back to sleep. His naps during the day required 15m of fighting to get him down, only for him to wake 33m into his nap. After the fifth day of sleep training using the plan Sally structured for us, our baby has slept through the night for two weeks straight. No more rocking to sleep, no more bottles or breast feeding. His day naps have also improved drastically. Sally was such a help to our little family, we’re all sleeping so much better and feeling like new humans after working with her. She was so approachable and our phone consult was like sitting down to have a cuppa with her. As a second-time mum, it was the perfect bridge — I needed help but didn’t feel I was at the point where I needed a full sleep consultation. Having a 9 month old with a few sleep issues including multiple overnight wakings, very early risings and unpredictable nap times I purchased The Sleep Concierge Baby Sleep Guide – 5 To 12 Months. For a very reasonable price, we have been able to put into practice actual solutions that have helped tremendously. We now have a lovely morning wake up at 7am, predictable naps and most importantly down to one night waking (feed). I also loved the free trial of the Snooze Social Membership and also that if we needed to, we could book a 1-1 consult with Sally herself.
I booked a consult package with Sally after 8 months of broken sleep. After our lengthy initial chat Sally provided a detailed personalized sleep plan which I was able to implement straight away. The changes in sleep patterns were almost instant! Sally was able to put together a schedule that worked for our circumstances and family. Doing the two week package has honestly been life changing. That sounds extreme but it has been. Our 7 month old was taking on average 40min of patting/rocking each night to get to sleep. Then he would wake for one feed overnight plus have another 1-2 wake ups. Within a week our child was putting himself to sleep within 10minutes and sleeping from 7:30pm-7am without waking up. It was hard work but Sally kindly and patiently stepped us through everything. She has given us the confidence to continue to support our child have great sleep.

After one consultation with Sally we had such a change in sleep. Some nights it took an hour of bum pats or rocking to go down which followed by early morning wakings. After a few tweaks by the pros and a bit of sleep training the first night, we haven’t had to assist our daughter going to bed since and wakings are mostly after 6am (last night she slept from 7pm-6.30am). Sally provided advice regarding improving our daughters sleep routine and stated her qualifications were that she is a registered paediatric nurse with 3-5 years experience and that her recommendations are both anecdotal and evidence based. The Good: Sally provided mum and I some useful information to move our daughter's nap and bed times back to accommodate a later morning wake up, as well as information on alleviating any potential issues when our daughter begins overnights in her father's care. The Bad: Part of her recommendations, based on a 1 hour phone consult with our daughter's mother was that overnights should not be occurring with the father. This is incredibly negligent, irresponsible and harmful advice to be giving full stop but especially based on a 1 hour phone consultations and no observations of the child with either parent. I politely expressed my concerns regarding Sally's qualifications to be making this judgement and whether this was inside her scope of practice. I advised her that a qualified professional (a Family Report Writer) had already made a judgement that overnight time with her father is suitable, that this was based on extensive interviews with both parents, including observations of the child with both parents and included the Report Writer's written recommendations for Sally to consider. With this new information I twice asked whether a recommendation like this was within her scope of practice or whether based on this new information she thought it might be appropriate to amend her recommendations. Sally ignored me on both occasions suggesting I engage someone else. The reports provided were written in a word document with no letterhead, no author or company information or client information. For a $250 consultation this does not come across as particularly professional. I understand people make mistakes and had Sally addressed ...
Camp Snooze
Our two-week small-group sleep intensive.
Camp Snooze completely changed our lives. Before starting, my baby was waking 10 or more times a night and relied on feeding to sleep every time. I was exhausted after months of co-sleeping and broken sleep, and with a return to work coming up and another child to care for, I knew something had to change. What made Camp Snooze so valuable was the combination of a clear plan, daily support, and the group setting. It was much more affordable than one on one sleep support, but I still got personalised help every day. Being able to troubleshoot in real time gave me confidence not just during the two weeks, but also afterwards because I now understand how to respond when sleep gets off track. The changes were incredible. On the first night, my baby slept 7 pm to 7 am, I actually had to wake her the next morning. We went from 10+ overnight feeds to two feeds on day one, one feed on day two, and no overnight feeds by day three, all without forcing it. Over time, she also learnt to fall asleep independently at bedtime and started developing the same skill for naps, even beginning to link sleep cycles and self-settle. As someone who is very sensitive to crying and had always responded quickly to my baby’s needs, I was nervous about sleep training. But Camp Snooze felt supportive, gentle and practical. The group of mums was also such a comfort, it honestly felt like a little mothers’ group where everyone encouraged each other. I’d recommend it to any parent who feels stuck or exhausted. The support, reassurance and results were worth every cent.

Always so insightful and has helped me so many times with various questions.
Sally and Bec have changed my life!! Our baby girl used to wake approx 7-12 times a night, she needed full assistance for naps, bedtime and overnight wakings. We were also co sleeping and feeding to sleep when necessary. She now sleeps through the night and self settles in her own cot and her own room for both naps and bedtime. It’s crazy how fast things turned around for us in such a short period of time. If you’re hesitant on if it actually works, IT DOES!!! Both Sally and Bec were non judgmental and supportive throughout the entire process and even though our 2 week intensive course is complete we still have access to their online forum to ask any additional questions that we have. Will be recommending Camp Snooze to everyone I know!
Camp Snooze was a life changer for us! Our baby boy was fed and rocked to sleep for every nap and night wake ups! He would wake up all throughout the night and co-slept from midnight to morning. Now he self-settles in his room and sleeps through the night from 7pm-7am. I couldn’t recommend it more and how much it has helped us. My husband and I have our nights back and our little boy is so much happier and independent. Don’t hesitate if you are struggling. Sally and Bec are so patient and supportive and understand that life just happens sometimes! They made me feel confident and I trusted them the whole way through. I highly recommend Camp Snooze! My daughter was 9 months old when we completed it and now sleeps through the night with no feeds and self settles (our goal). It has changed our lives - the fog has lifted, the house is calmer and we are all happier with proper sleep each night! The leaders, Sally and Bec, are absolutely divine - SO kind hearted, genuine, respectful of everyone’s situations and cheered us on at every check in. I also loved doing this with other mums - it was motivating and reassuring. I could not be a bigger advocate for this program. It has changed our lives for the better and I am so so grateful!
I worked with Sally and Bec via Camp Snooze to help get our little guy some much needed rest, and literally within days our whole household was calmer, better rested and happier! My toddler was even sleeping better?! What was this magic!! Sally and Bec were accomodating to all concerns, queries and helped with stumbles, and they were the best cheer squad for us. Sally and Bec are the absolute best people! I can never find words to express how grateful I am to have found them when I did. My daughter is such a good sleep and self settler now. We completed camp snooze with our 5.5mo old and it has completely changed motherhood for me. Our baby went from snacking, co sleeping, 30min naps, waking every 2-3rs (on a good night) to completely sleeping through the night, full feeds, excellent weight gains and 3 solid naps a day.
