Glow Dreaming White Noise Machine

White/pink noise can be introduced from day one and is not only a great source of womb-like comfort, but it can also help buffer against domestic sounds – ie. the toddler putting on a pots and pans concert during nap time. It is never too late to introduce white noise. I personally use and recommend the Glow Dreaming machine.

Pro tip: Make sure it plays all night long and for the entire nap length.

Snoo Smart Bassinet – Happiest Baby On The Block

This is a hot ticket baby item. As a registered nurse I am often listening to what paediatricians are saying about sleep, and Dr Harvey Karp has done some incredible work. I personally rented The Snoo for my second baby as I desperately needed a second 'pair of hands' to help me settle my baby.

Not only was it very chic, it helped me, my baby and my recovery so much. So much so that I reached out to become an affiliate with The Snoo to help other families.

ECO by Naty Nappies

With two children in some degree of nappies (one for overnight sleep and the other a full time nappy wearer), I'm always trying to maximise absorbency whilst minimising my environmental impact. I use a combination of modern cloth nappies and disposables.

Because I strive for a cleaner world for both me and my babies, I use ECO by Naty nappies. Naty nappies have 0% oil based plastic on skin, and no nasty chemicals, and still it stays as dry as you would expect from a premium nappy.

Growbright Airnest Junior Pillow

I purchased this for P when she was 3 years old and although she is still in a cot, I noticed she kept using a toy as a makeshift pillow. As someone who is focused on safe sleep as well as longevity of products I wanted something safe that would transition with her from her cot to a big bed when the day comes.
